Occasionally my Q10 cannot make or receive calls or connect to the internet, this is resolved by re booting the handset, however this is a pain. I have recently updated the OS, which resolved the problem for a while, but it has recently returned, albeit not so frequently. Any suggestions?

i dont know how BB roll out the updates worldwide but in the UK we are upto software release 10.2.0.429
try a search to see if its available in your country.
settings > software updates > check for updates
just thought. what network are you running, is it 3G or 4G
