Re: Cant send recieve mms on Q10

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Here is a KB that discusses that error:

  • KB34840 Unable to send SMS or MMS after upgrading to BlackBerry 10 OS version 10.1.0.4633

Hopefully it contains something useful! There also are multiple existing threads on this site that discuss that exact error...your review of those might prove useful, and a search of this site, using the error message, error code, or symptom, should reveal all applicable existing threads to you.

Good luck and let us know!

Without tricks, your updates are (as has always been with BB) controlled by your mobile service provider. Tricks to get around that restriction for official releases are contained here:

Tricks to go beyond official releases (e.g., "leaked" OS versions) are not allowed for discussion in this forum.

Good luck!

that first workaround linked fixed it for me! after I got "blackberry provisioning services" from my phone provider (who didn't know I was using a blackberry until then).
