Can this be done with Earthlink?  Can I only delete from handheld and save emails on server?  I also lost all my emails when I deleted from my new Q10.

Re: Deleting e-mails on BlackBerry Q10 -

No, we revered within Outlook facilities. The deleted emails on the BB do not end up in a trash tray, not inside the BB and not inside the Outlook trash tray, interesting to see that others also have this problem. We at first tried to use the recover facility in Outlook for the trash tray, but there was nothing, no emails which I deleted on the BB. We then opened the recovery menu in Outlook por both, sent email and received email, here we could identify by date and hour of deletionall the emails which I deleted on the BB. Hope you are also successful, had a lot of headaches thinking of having lost these emails!
