On my previous Blackberry Curve 8330 (using version 4.0 software), I had an eSecure app that I downloaded from a text message that was sent to my phone. With my new Q10, I''ve finished transferring data from my old phone to new, but the apps did not transfer. All of the contact lists, emails, etc worked fine.
I logged on to the website where I can go to request a new text message for the app but the Q10 OS is not an option, the highest available Blackberry version is 7.0. When I select 7.0 and receive that new text message in my phone, I open it and download the link, but when I click on the downloaded file I get a popup message that says, "Unable to open file."
