Email Problems

I have my BlackBerry Q10 for exactly 1 week now. Gmail stops responding every few hours. Is this only with gmail or all emails excluding blackberry email? I've also noticed non of my tweets are being posted from the app, to tweet successfully or view those I follow, I have to log onto twitter via the browser - which litterally eats my data. HELP ME PLEASE

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

Do you receive a specific error message when your Gmail account stops responding?

This KB article may provide more information on the issue. "Notification is received in the BlackBerry Hub stating "Account Information Needed" for a POP or IMAP account" KB34289

 

Can you please provide more detail on the issue you are having with the Twitter for BlackBerry smartphones application?

What is the full error message you receive when trying to post tweets?

Are you unable to view your following list or to view tweets in your newsfeed?

Are you receiving an error when trying to do this or are you seeing a spinning circle?

Hi,

 

Thanks for your response! Regarding Gmail, the notifications state information needed for IMAP account. 

Regarding Twitter - it's the spinnig circle. I can view anything or select any options, it's just the spinning circle.

This KB article may help you out with the spinning circle in the Twitter for BlackBerry smartphones application. "Upon signing in to Twitter on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone, a spinning circle is displayed and the Twitter feed does not load" KB34166
