How do I have a get rid of my current BB sign in and create a new one?

My Q10 is having this problem:





so it seems to me that I need to deleted my bbid which was used for my old BB and make sure I use a new one from scratch so losing all my contacts etc.


How do I do this,


Please help someone because I am so desperate to stop having BBM temporary error every day, so far the only way i can get round this is to keep restarting or taking the battery out.  Every time it wipes my chats and is generally really irritating.

Follow the steps in this KB article to change your BlackBerry ID on the BlackBerry Q10 smartphone: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB26694


Be sure to create a backup of your data in BlackBerry Link as all data will be erased.
