My Q10 is having this problem:
so it seems to me that I need to deleted my bbid which was used for my old BB and make sure I use a new one from scratch so losing all my contacts etc.
How do I do this,
Please help someone because I am so desperate to stop having BBM temporary error every day, so far the only way i can get round this is to keep restarting or taking the battery out. Every time it wipes my chats and is generally really irritating.

Be sure to create a backup of your data in BlackBerry Link as all data will be erased.
