I have just moved to Sudan and have connected my new Q10 to the Zain netowork (a well reocgonised middle eastern and North Africa provider) and although i have calling and msg services, i am unable to connect to the internet. Wifi yes - but my data plan no. I have been into the Zain store and they don't know what to do as they don't have the new blackberrys in Sudan yet.
I thought i needed an APN name, which they gave me, but they don't have a username or password which the menu asks for.
It is very annoying - i don't want to have to buy a brand new phone when this is only 3 weeks old! All the other phones here - apple, samsung connect without any difficulty but my Blackberry just wont?????
Please help me
