I'm getting prefixes to incoming phone numbers (like 011) which disallow simply hitting the number to dial back. Also getting weird space breaks in other prefixes like 24 7 rather than 247 with the same result. Any suggestions?

Hey elpis,

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

Is this happening with all calls? Are these numbers saved in your contacts with the country code?

Thanks.

Neither all calls nor just out of country. It seems to be random - some local and some out of country.

Also when I try to call someone back - even if the phone number is entered correctly, the call is never able to be completed.
