Internal Memory as a hard disc

I have blackberry q10.It doesnt get detected in my new win8 pc.Is there an option to use the phone as an external hard disc?

Hi sangam9192,

 

Have you installed BlackBerry Link on your computer? The BlackBerry Q10 may not be detected until BlackBerry Link is installed.  You can download it from www.blackberry.com/desktop

you can also go to Settings>About>Network after connected to USB

and use the IP address device gets over USB network interface.

on your windows open any file manager supporting samba protocol (i am not familiar with windowses at all)

and type smb://X.X.X.X where those tetris X is an IP address over  USB.
