I have the latest BB Link (1.2.2) and Q10 (10.2.1.537) and want to move files around on the device. I have some music files on the device memory that I want to put with the majority of music files on the media card.
In the old BB days this was easy, just connect the device to my laptop and use Windows Explorer.
BB Link is so focussed on synching files that it does not even provide a display of storage loacations.
And the File Manager on the Q10 does not enable moving files or folders between Device and Media Card (and laptop) - just lists the folders/files on each storage device. There may be an arcane way of moving folders/files but I haven't been able to manage this.
Please can we have back simple memory connection (by USB or wi-fi or Bluetooth) between device and laptop/computer. There used to be something like "Enable mass storage mode when connected" but this seems to have disappearded on the Q10.

OK, I have made some progress in seeing files on the device in Windows Explorer. In BB Link, click on the device and then on Synched media - this lists the folders on the device. If you click the folder icon for each item in the list it opens an Explorer window.
But I still don't see how to easily move folders/files between the device memory and the media card ......
