please i need someone to help me ,,, there is a problem with Microsoft Exchange activesync in my Z10 that when i setup my Email and every thing is done after two minutes a notification saying "Email is not responding"..
I've tried with a different Z10 and Q10 devices, and still facing the same problem
I've searched around, the same problem had been reported alot of times, still no solution or even a time frame for a solution..
without my Microsoft Exchange activesync my Z10 is useless and I'm Sure others think the same way.
WE NEED A SOLUTION IMMEDIATELY

If your exchange provider did not do the latest update then it will not support the V10 software, ie the Z-10 or Q-10. I had this happen, I just asked them to set the accounts for Activesyn and then set up the account on my BB using the Advanced menu. It works perfectly, email, calendar, contacts etc. I have my wifes Z10 and my Q10 and they work perfectly.
