Missing earbuds in Verizon Q10

About 2 weeks ago I ordered a White Q10 through Verizon. Everything on it is awesome and working well! Then I read that it was supposed to com with a set of ear buds. Upon further investigation, I discovered that a number of Verizon Q10's were shipped without them. Anyone know how I would go about recovering this item that was supposed to ship with my phone? Thank you.

Welcome to BB forums

When you say earbuds do you mean headphones? Who else you know that didn't get headphones with they device?


You should call your carrier they should be able to assist on the matter.

The Verizon Q10 does not come with earbuds or earphones.

 

Look at the outiside box slipcover of your Q@10, on the backside it lists the included items inside.

This is not on the hard box, but the box wrap which slips around the box.

Actually, no, Verizon will not be able to help, other than to confirm that earbuds are not inlcuded.

I bought a Q10 on Verizon a couple days ago and I can confirm there are no earbuds/headphones in the box. Just the phone, battery, wall a/c charger for USB cables, and the USB cable (charge or connect to computer). 

 

I miss the days when carriers would put EVERYthing in the box, including some decent cases/belt clips. Those were the days!

I just want to thank my carrier for giving everything I wanted and with the holster I guess because I work for big bank lol

Thanks folks for the input. Guess it must have been the concession made for Verizon to offer the phone at the price they did. Reports had it that Verizon want to sell it for $249 to $299. No biggie, I'll just have to use my iPhone ear buds.

For 5-6 years, the branded mobile provider has made the decision what is included in the box.
