this error shows on my Q10 when I try to turn the mobile hot spot on.
I called Rogers and they have NO idea what this error message is about. They suggest it is a "phone" issue. I cannot see any setting that I can change . Anyone?
I have a 5G data plan so that should not be an issue.

As MALP stated, there may be country regulations but not with a Rogers phone being used in Canada. If you got the phone from Rogers, do a data backup with BlackBerry Link then get the phone exchanged for one without this restriction. I've used more than one BlackBerry model's Mobile Hotspot with Rogers and they've all worked like a charm.
