Thanks for giving attention to my concern....
Ok this is what happen.
I'm currently here at CA. USA and I bought a local sim card here which T-Mobile and I inserted it to my Z10. Then I made a call to T-Mobile to activate my sim and while waiting for my turn to be assited by the operator that took me so long waiting and instead of hanging-up the phone or turning it off, I just swipe up the screen then delete that small small of that call. And after deleting it I still hearing a computer generated and believed that the call was not terminated yet. Again, I decided to restart it and the usual "Blackberry" appeared in the center of its screen and I hearing the call. Then thats the time I decided to pull-out the battery to make sure that it will restart doing that process. But unfortunately, it wont work anymore or restarting.
And to give you more information... while having that call, the battery is below 10% already.
I tried solving it by charging it and check if its the cause or reason why its not restarting. And its entirely 1 hour still the red light not turning on as a sign that it will charge soon. I tried connecting it also to my Mac Air via USB port to connect and see if I can reformat it but it cant connect to my Z10 device.
Thats it... hope you can help me.

Thanks for the detailed event.
So basically you closed the app and restarted the device. However, in midst of restart, a battery pull was done.
However, now it is unable to both charge or boot up.
How about is you mac able to detect the device? (I would however, really recommend the use of windows over mac)

Thanks for the kind assitance.
We have the same theory.... the battery probably dained so much.
But I will definitely get back to you ASAP.

I tried detecting the device through windows but still it wont recognise.
I will try buying a new battery tomorrow hope it will work. But if not,
