I just bought a New Q10 and I connected it to my home Wi FI but it trys to connect to varify Licence Agreement but it always fails and i get a message saying "Unable to connect to the network please try changing your settings.
What should i do? I can’t assess my phone at all as it dose not let me pass this step
It sounds like your device is not properly connecting to your carrier data network and/or your WiFi. If you are attempting to use your carrier data network and you used to have a pre-BB10 BB device, then contact your carrier to be sure that they have turned OFF BIS...this can cause non-functionality of the BB10 device via the carrier data network. If you are attempting to use WiFi, then it sounds like whatever WiFi credentials you provided were not valid, and you need to try again.
