Opening of emails

Some emails I receive are direct links to web sites but I am unable to open them and I get the error message' Message body could not be downloaded', can anyone explain this please as it is very frustrating?

Are you saying that there is an embedded hyperlink in the email? If so you can change your settings to automatically download or just when you touch the link. When this happens can you use the brower? If so that would indicate a good network connection. If might also be a file size issue if the files are large, again check your settings.
