I am trying to help a friend who has a Q10 and is unable to open/read secure (digitally signed) emails. On his previous blackberry he had no problem with this. Is there something in the email setup that can be tweaked to allow/enable this?

Is the BlackBerry smartphone Enterprise activated to a Blackberry Enterprise server (BES)? To us S/MIME on the BlackBerry smartphone it needs to activated on a BES and the required certificate needs to be on the BlackBerry smartphone.
