Problem with Call Log

I already try couple of time with security wipe, and i hope it will be ok, but it does not.

Can you explain more in depth what is happening with the call logs?  Are they not populating when you receive a phone call or making a call?

 

Also what version of BlackBerry 10 are you currently running?  Go to Settings>About to find this information.

I am having issues with my call logs.

 

 

no history of calling, receiving and miss call

 

since my present job required me to work on mobile, therefore the call history are important  to me.

 

there are also an issue regarding my contacts from previous BB 9300. it does not appear after i use blackberry link to restore back all data from previous BB

 

Currently I'm running Software release: 10.1.0.2309. OS version:10.1.0.2342. Build ID: 521955

 

FYI, i already try every tips that has been given in the forum such as batery pull,  restart device and even do the security wipe for a few times, and still does not fix the problem.
