Problem with SMS

Hello, I just picked up my new Q10 but I found I had a problem with sms. Practically clicking on the icon sms does not open anything, so I can not see the text content in messages. Can anyone help me?!

Thank you for your question regarding the issue you are experiencing with accessing SMS messages on your BlackBerry Q10.

 

Are you able to see you SMS messages when accessing by using the BlackBerry Hub? Has this worked for your previously?

 

Also - Have you tried reinserting your battery as a test and verified that your software is up to date via System Settings - Software updates?

I have the same problem, but doesn't help after I re-inserted the battery.

 

Strangely, this only happen after I updated the OS this morning

i resolved the problem by reinstalling OS
