Hi can anyone help me? I am not a hi-tech guru but think I can solve a lot of problem with smartphones and PC´s. But I just cant figure out (and the BB link help is not of much help) how to solve this troubleshooting message:
CPreferencesManager: Configuration Value for /Preference/Account_1_65537/DevicePin not set in TransConfig.xml for translator RimBB
I have my Blackberry recognized by the BB Link soft, can import pictures etc, but my contacts and calendera are out of my capacities. Can anyone tell me what is the problem? The BB link doesn´t even have a option that a troubleshooting message redirects you to a online help answering the exact problem you are facing (I think you need to do this). Thanks.

Hello, my problem is the same except that my Q10 synced with Outlook fine, up until today (I've had it about a month). Now I am receiving the same error message, including the Account number. I notice that the account number is different in KB34453. The article did not help me. I think I correctly did what it said. I have 32-bit Outlook and a 64-bit PC. Thank you for your help.
