Protocol layer was unable to send a message

Protocol layer was unable to send a message with attachement up to 500 KO.

and search on the error message. Hopefully one of the results will contain something useful!

I don't understand...did you search the KBs? What were the results?

Really? That's odd...by going to the link I provided you above, and searching on the exact error message you have states, the very first result (of many) that I see is this:

  • KB33736 "Protocol layer was unable to send a message" when replying to an email on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone

So this causes me to wonder where and how you are actually searching...
