Q10 BB Travel - not putting trips on Outlook nor scanning my inbox

Help!  Installed BB Travel on my new Q10.  Had a trip which manually was entered.  Shows up on my BB but not outlook nor is it scanning for travel emails. 

 

 

"You do not have any Email account setup.  Automatic trip scanning will not be enabled" is the message I get when I go to seutp on the Q10.  No additional information is given.

 

 

Any suggestions how to fix this?  Thanks!

On your Q10, do you have an email account setup?

 

Look at your Settings > Accounts > at the bottom of the screen, Touch the Set Defaults icon and set those defaults.

Yes I do have my email account seutp in defaults so I am getting my emails, etc.

When I have the BB Travel app open, I go to settings.  Under Options, I try ti turn oin Automatic Trip Scanning - this is when I get the message.

On your PC, go to travel.blackberry.com and login to your account.


At the upper right, click on My Profile > My Emails.

Setup your emails there which should be synced to your Travel account.

Have done that.  My email address is there listed as Primary and Confirmed.

OK, cool... so a couple other things to check.

Itineraries are not automatically being added into BlackBerry Travel   

Using the Trip Scan feature in BlackBerry Travel to scan email messages for trip itineraries on the ...

 

If nothing else, I'd suggest you delete Travel from your Q10, reboot and reinstall it from AppWorld.
