Q10 - How to select the source of contacts

Hello,

I have three set of problems with my contacts, can anyone help me to solve at least one of them?

1) I didn't find the way to erase all my contacts without erasing all the rest (settings, ect.).
2) I can't select on BB Link the source from which the software should retrieve my contacts
3) I can't update my addressbook on my BB Q10. The addressbook on outlook includes 620 contacts. Blackberry Link only reads the first 540 contacts and then dispalys an unknown error. I tried to cancel the 540th contact and Blackberry Link only read the first 539.
