Have you actually opened the pdf users guide listed.  If that's english, my computer is messed up. Would love an english copy though.  Thanks. Dad

Yep, I just downloaded it again and viewed it.. appears find here, and in English, yes.

Perhaps your computer is indeed messed up.

Or, you could choose to explain what you're seeing? PDF is in another language?

Re: Q10 Manuals, User Guides and How To links

I've been through all the tutorials - they are very good.

But I am having difficulty with BlackBerry Link - specifically with it not recognizing my phone.  I checked the manual for BlackBerry Link but it did not seem to have any relevant suggestions for troubleshooting this issue.

thanks

Re: Q10 Manuals, User Guides and How To links

Hello Mr. Sanders;

I updated to the latest Q10 software without a problem.  I had, of course, a leaked copy of 10.2.1.1925 running already and was enjoying the latest and greatest.  However I did notice that when Bell Mobility pushed the legit copy to me I lost the IMS switch under Connectivity Services.  Yes it was disabled at the time but I could always go into escreen and turn it on.  Do you have any idea how I can get that back.  I suppose I could reinstall the leaked copy but I would loose it again at next update time.  Do you know which file is involved so that I can replace it?

This is just for fun, you realize, but I do like a challenge.

Re: Q10 Manuals, User Guides and How To links

My guess is that Bell disables or removes that function (like Verizon removes odd things like headset audio boost on mine).

You can try the leaked .1925 again... I'd be curious if it will enable it.

Re: Q10 Manuals, User Guides and How To links

I'm already at 2141 now so I'm not that thrilled to go backwards at this point.  I was hoping you might know which file is the "Bell" file and I could replace just that one.  Just a thought...

Thanks for your time.

John

Re: Q10 Manuals, User Guides and How To links

Well, I don't think there is a "Bell" file that can be replaced.
