Q10-Using Voice Activation

My Q10 never gave me the option for going through the set up to train the phone to recognize my voice.  I have tried to call someone with the voice program but it doesn't recognize me.  How do I get to the area to go through the set up process of the phone learning my voice? 

 

I sure hope I don't have to completely reset the phone but will if this is the only option.

There is no training to individuals voices, it sounds trite but try speaking in a canadian or american accent.

Having said that you can change the language within the settings and this may improve recognition.
