Q10 activesync issues with Microsoft Office 365

Hi all experts,


I wonder anyone of you having issues with your Q10 when using Office 365 activesync.


I need to periodically restart my phone in order to receive new email. I have got 3 Q10 with me, all having same issue. Can anyone pls advise?
