Has anyone else had a problem or issue with their earpiece on the Q10 not working at all. I can make phone calls but only on speaker phone, or through the headphone jack. Phone hasn't been put in water or anything else, just stopped working one day last week.

Anytime random strange behavior or sluggishness shows up, the first thing to try is a proper reboot:
See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.

Thanks for the advice. I tried both shutting it down and the battery pull and neither worked. I was hoping it was something as simple as that or as a software update (which I did) and nothing. Looks like I'll have to take it in to get fixed.
