Q10 earpiece solutionP

Pls can any one help me out on Q10 earpice solution,I have change the earpiece to a new one still yet it doesn't work and I have read it from the board it read normal. Please it urgent because the customer is comming for it tomorrow wednesday.

I can't get my earspeaker to work either on my Q10 what could it be, i've already replaced and still no sound.

I also have the same problem, replaced the EarPiece and it stil ldoesnt work, i even rebooted the cellphone operation system.....


What could it be ? Warranty is over... what can i do ? How can i know that i wont have the same problem in the blackberry Classic, i already lost all the Q10 resale value...


I have the Q10 - SQN 3 model.
