Q10 email replies not synching to Outlook.



I have a client who is sending replies from his BBQ10 (95% sure it's this model!) which is synched to Oulook 2013.


On his old BB (forget the model), it would update his Outlook ((2010? Not sure) showing that he had replied to an email. He would send a reply on the BB, get back to the office, and in his Outlook he would see markers showing which emails he has responded to. 


If he replies directly from Outlook, it will show a little arrow in the inbox indicating this email has been replied to.

I believe the replies sent on the BB are not synching to Outlook, or at least the notifier icon is not showing (hard to get time on his BB/PC to test). 




Also, when deleting emails on his BB, he does not want this to sync over to his PC. I have seen that this is no longer a function due to backend software design of Blackberry devices. Is this correct? No option to delete on device only?
