Q10 failed to reboot

Hi there, i just did a back up on bb link and start to initiate reset swipe. Its already been 4 hours and it is still sweeping. I did this so i can have back my bb world application. Pls help tq

Thank you for your question regarding the issue you are experiencing with your BlackBerry Q10 smartphone.

 

Can you please clarify what you were attempting to do via BlackBerry Link? Were you trying to reload your device software and was it able to complete successfully?

Hi FB,

 

Much appreciated for your reply. I have took my BlackBerry to service centre and they managed to reboot my phone. It took an hour. Now it's fine.
