Q10 not rebooting after 10.2.4181 update. :( :( :(

I am on Etisalat network in UAE. I was prompted that an updated 10.2.4181 is available. I okayed it and it took 2 hours to download. After it asked for restart and I did. Half an hour even, it didnt buzz, so i started to restart again. again same issue for 1 hour, then i took out the battery and started. Its 2 hours now and same situation.

God...someone pls help as first, I am having no backup and second its just 3 months old phone Smiley Sad Smiley Sad Smiley Sad

Try this, first.

 

Connect to your wall outlet charger and with it connected, remove the battery for five minutes, and replace the battery and see it if reboots.
