Q10 only offered VIA carriers (Canadian)

It’s a real disappointment you only let your end users purchase this phone through carriers.


Not that I’m a fan of apple but at least they respected their end user enough to offer outright purchase from their website on day of release. Its a shame you value your relationships with the carriers more than your customers.


The biggest cell phone carrieres (here in canada) offer some of the worst priced cell plans in the world. By limiting our purcahse option exclusivly through them means you agree with their practaice and are not concered with us, the customer.


You made the choice to get in bed with Bell & Rogers... perhaps we should all give the S4 another look, eh?

If you built cars and suddenly all your dealers refused to sell green cars, how many more green cars would you make? I'm not saying I agree with the practice but the carriers are the distribution chain for BlackBerry and keeping them appeased is a top priority to staying in business.

I would say continue to voice your opinion but perhaps direct it to the carriers instead.
