Q10 update issue

Hi everybody,

I just upgrade my Q10 to get te new os and really i shouldn't have ! Indeed, since that my navigator for internet doesn't workd, i need a link and clik on to get access on internet, for example i go on twitter and click on a link and then with that i can go on my internet...

Does anyone know how to resolve that ?

Futhermore, my evernote application doesnt work, when i want to create an account the application doesnt respond.

Thank u all for sharing with me.

Re: Q10 update issue

Have you rebooted your Q10?

Reboot: On the side edge volume keys, press and hold down both of the Up and Down volume keys for about 20 seconds, ignoring the initial screenshot message... the screen will go black and reboot.

Re: Q10 update issue

yes, just did ! but the problem is still there.

before the update, when i openened the navigator, there was some diferents tabs and my historic. Now its just a blackscreen and when i want to enter an adress it doesnt work. However, its really weird because as i said when i click on a link send by someone by mail, text or on facebook, internet does work and i can navigate...

Re: Q10 update issue

That is very strange, indeed. I don't know... perhaps the clear the browser cache?

Open the browser > tap the lower right three dots icon > Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear History and Clear Cookies and other data.
