Got my new Q10 n am quite disappointed.
I don't have viber and most of my friends are either with IPhone or Galaxy. My BBM is useless as most of them are in Viber, that sucks!!!
Got problem with my work e mail setting and my provider Rogers can't help unless I pay for the extra service from their special tech department. In short if it's a very technical problem, u got to pay for the service. Regret upgrading to Q10. Can't return my phone because I exceeded the 30 mins. max talk time allowed. Waited so long for the Q10 to come out and very disappointed with it.
Should have listened to my family and friends who have switched to IPhone.

You still haven't responded to my concern that blackberry can't give any technical support without charging the provider. I am having problem setting up my work e mails and my provider said it has nothing to to do with them, however they can get their specialist to look into my problem but I need to pay for the services. I asked them why they can't speak to blackberry, they said because blackberry will also charge them for the technical support help. I tried calling the telephone number provided by blackberry and I was told they can't help me unless my provider sets up a ticket for service request . In short my provider will be charged by blackberry if they require blackberry's technical support.
I'm lost and now am stuck with a new q10 with no use to me if I can't access my work e mail.
