Random Problem

My Q10 have crazy problem now a days. Actually the touch screen stops working after ever hour and so then it get stuck but behind that touch screen my device works ok I mean msgs and calls keeps coming but i can't really respond to them as I can take any action withour touch screen. The only way im handling my Q10 is I must remove battery for 1 hour and then restart my device after 1 hour, then my phone works for hour and so... :'( really can't diagnose the actual problem...any body help?

Hi,

Have you tried to use the BlackBerry virtual expert (BBVE) to run a hardware diagnostic?

I have OS 10.2.3*** I mean the latest one... an di reloaded the software more than 10 times... maybe I have problem with my battery or whole LCD?

From your description, yes there is High chance of hardware issue.

I suggest if it acts up again, bring it to the service center near you to have them to take a look at it!
