Well, considering that it only occurred recently and you have refreshed the os a couple of times, I believe that there is a high chance of hardware issue, which the BlackBerry service center should be able to fix Smiley Happy

i have moved my sim to another brand , however the email does not set on this new device , can someone assist. ( it is because i had the email set on the Black berry and it brokedown before i could delete the email accounts.

I have discovered something else... when I put my phone in direct sunlight for 1 hours after that phone works little longer. maybe its water damage?

Hey buddy I got my device fixed from repair shop. they said my device was water damaged actually. and they cleaned my phone, further if my device doesn't work properly they will have to change whole LCD.

Usually water damage would have killed any device!
