Syncing

Q 10 problem  first sync went ok followed set up etc, however i broke the screen and sent to be repaired picked up after a week and it wouldnt sync , rang thru to telstra australia ,, to find that it was a new hand set and not a repair differant IEM numbers from origonal box to inside handset so took to business centre to try to re gig evertything couldnt do it .. when i connect with usb to computor the device status says its connected but pop window is asking for a pass word to connect and says no connection to this device? where to now i have ten attemps using passwords  that ive set for emails or other apps but nothing?
