Unable to download software for Q10

I am unable to download the software to my PC for Q10.  On the install Blackberry link it stops and gives me an error no.1920 stating "Service blackberry link communication manager (RIM Tunnel Service) failed to start.  Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start sytstem services".  Can anyone help me with this please.  Thank you.  L

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

 

Please review the following link to verify you meet all the system requirements for BlackBerry Link: 

http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/KB33475

 

If you meet all the system requirement disable any anti virus software, download and save the BlackBerry Link software, then run the installer as administrator.
