Unable to email attachments

Hi,

Do you have an update on when the attachment issue will be fixed? At present, cannot send emails with attachments on both Q10 or Z10 in both environments ActiveSync only and on BES service.

 

Email appears stuck in sending mode.

 

There is an article raise in the knowledgebase but there has been no updates for a quite some time now.

Have you tried rebooting the Q10?

Its a known issue, need a sustained fix rather than an interim solution. That said, reboot does not resolve the issue.
