Unable to open Device Monitor

This may be a weird problem but I am unable to open the Device Monitor on my Q10. That is, when I go inside App Manager, tapping on Device Monitor brings nothing.

Is there a solution or requirement for this that I am unaware of?

Thanks,

Shoaib.

Wired... I confirm that you don't need anything extra in order to appear.... but I'm sorry I don't lknow the answer to this.... Smiley Happy

Any suggestions on what might be happening wrong here? I have the Q10 loaded with OS 10.2.1.1927 and I see the same behavior with that as well.

Re: Unable to open Device Monitor

Can you try the following:

Go to Settings > Quick Settings > Tick "Device Monitor"

From the Home screen, when you swipe down, you should now see "Device Monitor" as an option. Tap on it. Does it open?

Re: Unable to open Device Monitor

@freakinvibe: Thanks for your response. I tried your suggestion and checked "Device Monitor" to appear in Quick Settings. Now when I swipe down, "Device Monitor" does appear and also states "Battery: 97%". However, tapping on it brings nothing. When I tap on it, the swipe-down menu disappears and that's it - giving a feeling that the Device Monitor app is crashing.

Re: Unable to open Device Monitor

Hmm, then I fear something is wrong with the module or the config. You might need to reload the device software.
