Upgarde to Q10

I am technologically challenge.  Can someone tell me how I can transfer my data from my curve 8530 to my new q10?

it should all be just on your sim card and email and stuff. and I went from blackberry 9900 to blackberry Q10 and everything was fine except some internal camera photos stayed within the phone. (blackberry 9900) and bbm contacts and things had to regained. but going from one of the older version curves to a completly brand new up to date phone might take away some of your original phone features. But thats just my opinion.
