Upgrading is a Pain in the **bleep**

Hey Blackberry can you make it so that when i upgrade my Q10 software I don't lose all my **bleep**ing settings on everything?  Thanks that would be great.

 

Also, i never did get an answer about transferring my old Bold data into my Q10.  The level of support is pretty rediculous.

To backup your information from the old BOLD
Open the BlackBerry Link
Connect the Q10

Go to options to restore backup
Search the old copy of your BlackBerry SAFETY OF
And let you restore finish the restoration process
And you will have your information in the new Q10.
