appearing error in BlackBerry hub‏

I've just upgraded BlackBerry10 OS to the latest 10.2.1.537 version. with this update I've just had a problem with WhatsApp in my BlackBerry hub as soon as I upgraded. First of all it appears two icons in the hub. Secondly though I tried to remove WhatsApp, It did not work, still appears in the hub two icons even if I removed it. And I'm afraid to install again. It may appear 3 icons Smiley Happy

Hmm strange have you tried to reboot your phone? It may be a bug.... glad you have a scene of humor! most people here just want to fix there problem and leave Smiley Happy

tried it several times but still remains. did a little resarch on the internet. I came across the same problem with the another people. no need to be a bad complainer though it is annoying : ) I registered here to find solutions about my problems.
