Re: appworld refunds

BlackBerry World refunds are handled through your carrier.  You need to contact the carrier that supplies your monthly cell services to you.

I hope that helps you.  Smiley Happy

Re: appworld refunds

Well, who is your carrier, the SIM card to which you have inserted and paying for data services?

Re: appworld refunds

well, I don't pay for data services, only voice. i am constantly in wifi range, so it's beyond my carrier.

my sim card was issued by mbankmobile, but i still don't understand what have they in common with blackberry since i maight have phone WITHOUT any SIM card. in fact i did move my SIM from an old android phone to new blackberry.

Re: appworld refunds

[ Edited ]

yep, I haven't said. i didn't knew it matters. they have in their offer some data plans, i have some MB even for free, which i don't use. they didn't ship me my phone, as i mentioned. i am little out of that strange model that mobile band operator sells phones and takes responsibility for that. it's like my internet provider should be somehow responsible for my pc or for web pages i visit.

Re: appworld refunds

Well, it often DOES matter, and in most cases it does matter.

That is why it was suggested above.

So, you have the link now, good luck.
