can't connect to bb link

hi,

suddenly, i can't connect my bb q10 to bb link, the phone showing a "!" symbol in red collor.

help...

Are you using a PC or a Mac?  When was the last time it was showing as connected?  When you connect the BlackBerry 10 via USB does it show that it is charging?  Have you tried a different USB port?

I'm using a PC. It's showing as connected for first 5 minutes and after that it shows me "!" sign in red. I don't know if it charge or not. I tried a different usb port and different usb cable. I tried to remove the device from BlackBerry link and let him recognize again but the pc couldn't recignize.

FINALLY, yesterday (2014-03-19) they released the solution, and it worked perfectly for me.

You have to install the new Microsoft .NET framework and voilà !

(not working with Win XP)
