can't reply to emails

So, I can get emails, I can read them but when I hit reply my keyboard won't work to let me type a reply.  My keyboard is working -  I can BBM, search browser etc... just with emails this is happening.  Is something locked?  I've checked and rechecked all of my settings.  Someone please help this is so annoying and I use it for work.  It worked when I first got it.

Does this happen to all emails when you try to reply? Do you have more than one email account setup on your BlackBerry Q10? If so, does it happen with all accounts or just one?

Hi
It is all emails I try to reply to both on my work main BB account and my personal yahoo account added on. I can create a new email and type in the message body and send but not on any replies. Keyboard works for web browsing, and any other apps.

I am having the same problem.  Have only had the Q10 for a week but email was working properly until yesterday. Today cannot reply to emails, both work and personal accounts. Can create a new email but cannot reply.

Are you able to forward emails using any of your email accounts?

Update - I shut my BlackBerry off today and turned it back on. All is well.

I've tried this and resetting my Hub - I'll try again.
