deleting mails

I have just updated my Q10 to the 10.2 is and can no longer delete any mails.  When I delete it goes to a screen that prompts me to always perform this action. But doesn't.t actually allow me to press the delete button

Have you tried restarting your device and then trying to delete Emails ?

thanks for the response.

 

Yes, i have tried switching the device off, including taking the battery out.  I'm still unable to delete any mails on the device.

Coopssa, don't turn it off first. Simply remove the battery a minute while the #Q10 is powered on, replace and reboot.
