deleting mails

I have just updated my Q10 to the 10.2 is and can no longer delete any mails.  When I delete it goes to a screen that prompts me to always perform this action. But doesn't.t actually allow me to press the delete button

Yes, i have tried switching the device off, including taking the battery out.  I'm still unable to delete any mails on the device.

Re: deleting mails

Coopssa, don't turn it off first. Simply remove the battery a minute while the #Q10 is powered on, replace and reboot.
