I can't connect to my home wifi. When I go to settings, then network connections, Wifi my network shows up as Saved-Disabled. I can't add it again because there is no password box when I try.

Hello nickgrillo and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your Wi-Fi network.
Are you able to delete the saved network? Swipe down from the bezel to access Wi-Fi. Tap on your network name and the Delete icon.
Reboot your device then re-add the network. Does the network now connect?
Under Settings>About>OS what is your software version?

Thanks for getting back to me; we resolved it thus:
settings--NETWORK CONNECTIONS--,choose WIFI, then click on the saved Networks icon, a list of boxes with a checkmark near the bottom ( which we figured out through trial and error), then click on the network we want (in my case BELL360), then make sure the ENABLE CONNECTIONS tab is one ( mine was not). Save changes (folder with checkmark).
Then it worked fine.
Thanks for the help.
BTW, I love my Q10.

I am having a similar issue as the original post, however after doing the things that the original poster described, mine frequent gets disabled again automatically by my Q10. Why does this happen?
Today, it went one step further. I went back in to the settings, went to the Wifi connections, re-enabled my home wifi network, and it was having trouble making a connection (odd because the other devices in my house are connected to the same network and are working fine). After going through the three attempts at authentication, it disabled that network again.
Any other ideas re a fix?
Thanks in advance.
