Not aware of any incident to damage my Q10 keybrd but my "m" now only requires touch as opposed to depressing and the "n" and "k" both often include an m when i depress them while typing. I assume this to be a hdwr problem with the phone which I purchased since I could not get one thru Koodo and I wanted the koodo plan. BBRY duggest to go back thru your plan carrier. Any thought or suggestions.

Yes, I saw this happening with 9900 and Q10. It is a hardware issue (water, dust or other damage) and you have to send it for repair.
